Coachella Valley Youth Leadership importance is in empowering young individuals within our community. Connecting them with essential resources, mentorship opportunities, and supportive networks not only nurtures their personal growth but also contributes to building a more inclusive and vibrant community.
By creating welcoming spaces where every young person can realize their potential and develop leadership skills, we are actively fostering a brighter future for all. These initiatives have the power to inspire confidence, ignite passion, and cultivate the next generation of leaders.
If you're interested in expanding this initiative or exploring effective ways to measure their impact, we would be delighted to offer ideas and collaborate on strategies to make a meaningful difference.
Thank you for your commitment to empowering our youth. Together, we can create a lasting positive influence.
My Experience with Coachella Valley Youth Leadership and their program Joven Noble it's been a significant impact in my life by guiding me to make better choices, such as selecting positive and supportive friends to surround myself with. Before joining the program, I was completely a different person, often making impulsive decisions and lacking guidance. Thanks to the program's mentorship and support, I have grown into the individual I am today, more confident, responsible, and mindful of my actions.

Coachella Valley Youth Leadership truly transformed my life. As a 15-year-old boy who has been in the streets in the community of Mecca and hanging around with the wrong crowd, I felt lost and unsure of myself. When I first talked to Mr. Ortega at the Boy's & Girl's Club, I felt something completely new, peace and safety. I felt welcoming and cared for, I remember the mentor showing me that he genuinely cared, and that made a big difference. At that time, I had trouble loving and caring for myself. The program Joven Noble directed by AJ Reys and Mr. Ortega has helped me understand to see the potential I have even when the people you love puts you down. Now I have friends expect for me to succeed and have a better relationship with my mother. I also have learned to prioritize my education. I went from having all Fs in my classes to picking them up to C's and D's all do to the guidance of my mentors.
