As followers of Christ, we share a living, daring confidence in God's grace, which forms us as a community of faith and frees us to love and serve God and our neighbors.

St. John's has been serving Coachella Valley communities for over 60 years. As Lutheran Christians, the good news of God's unconditional love revealed in Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit is the foundation for everything we say and do. We live out this belief in weekly worship services of Word and Sacrament, Christian education and spiritual nurture, prayer, fellowship, and reaching out to those in need in our community.

As a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, St. John's is in partnership with thousands of Lutheran congregations across the country in supporting Lutheran Disaster Relief and Lutheran Social Services, one of the largest non-profit social service networks in the U.S.
